In February 2012 INSIS Non Life entered in production in Dunav IC upon the successful system testing and acceptance. The implementation included installation of INSIS P&C with configuration of first 11 non life products. INSIS Go Life in Dunav IC was marked by the issuance of the first insurance policy to the Dunav customer in the company’s branch in Jagodina.

EIC (Ethiopian Insurance Corporation) awarded Fadata with a Certificate of Accomplishment for the successful implementation of INSIS Life and Non-Life in EIC, the first implementations of INSIS solution in Africa.
The project scope includes implementation of Fadata’s flagman product INSIS Life and Non-Life solutions and its integration with the external ERP system of Agresso, Swedish ERP solution provider. Both Fadata and Agresso were recognized by EIC for their excellent work and successfully completed implementation projects.
Fadata closes warrant deal with Intel Capital
Effective as of 13 December 2011, Fadata AD has entered into an option agreement with Intel Capital, under which Intel Capital has the right to purchase certain shares in Fadata AD subject to the terms of such agreement.

Fadata Nordic started operations in December this year. The opening of Fadata Nordic is in line with Fadata’s strategy to expand its presence on the Northern European market. Fadata Nordic will be responsible for all relations with our local customers and partners, and for creating new business opportunities in all business lines in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
