Siebel Technical Consultant

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with some of Siebel CRM Applications or other CRM Application;
  • 1+ year experience with Oracle database or MS SQL and PL/SQL programming;
  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics or equivalent;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;
  • Good English;
  • Prone for self-study and team working.

Advantages

  • Banking or finance or telco experience;
  • Other language also will be advantage;

Responsibilities

  • Review Requirements Analysis documents;
  • Evaluate alternative Technical Solutions to address functional requirements;
  • Translate functional requirements into Siebel Technical Design (Detail Design / Low-Level Design);
  • Support Siebel CRM Technical Design walkthroughs;
  • Develop and configure Siebel components;
  • Perform Unit test and Component Integration Test for developed modules;
  • Prepare release documentation and QA results;
  • Support functional/System Tests;
  • Support deployment into QA environments, support Defect resolution;
  • Support deployment into Production environment;
  • Support Business Areas with ad-hoc questions regarding Siebel CRM capabilities;
  • Siebel Development/Configuration/EIM & EAI including Workflows and eScripts.
