Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria turned to Fadata for development and implementation of integrated information system to support the document management solution to cover the activities related to the registration and processing of documents and to include subsystem for imprisoned persons for GDIP of Bulgaria.
To meet its needs, Ministry of Justice of Bulgaria chose Fadata for software development and implementation.
Why Fadata
Ministry of Justice engaged Fadata for the development and implementation of an integrated document management information system. "The project was launched after the holding of a contest. The project was financed by PHARE program and its major goal was to ensure the automation of the administrative procedures in GDIP and prisons by using a new, up-to-date technological platform, which must be able to cover all activities (administrating and registration) and ensuring reliable services. We chose Fadata after careful consideration because of its expertise in software development. Thanks to developed by Fadata system, it has been possible to make information easily accessible." Project details
The developed information system covers the activities related to the registration and processing documents, and procedures connected with the administrative document turnover management, following the documents movements, appointment of task execution to employees and storing original documents. The system includes subsystem for imprisoned persons that covers functions for entering personal data of persons arrested, data of sentences or decisions for arrests, registration of moves, crimes committed, disciplinary penalties set, prizes awarded, leaves used, pardons, amnesties and releases. The system has functions of transition from active current system and integration with the implemented newer technologies of administrating the activities connected with the document turnover management and control of decisions at the Ministry of Justice.
